Eating healthy is important. But so is saving money! And time is money. So... on with the tips.

1. Drink Water. Don't drink soda.
2. Consume Tap Water. Don't buy bottled.
3. Eat Eggs. For breakfast AND lunch and dinner.
4. Eat Fatty Meats. Lean meat is too expensive.
5. Get Whey. It's cheap protein.
6. Buy Frozen Veggies. Fresh longer.
7. Use a Multivitamin.
8. Fish Oil. Just a pill or teaspoon per day.
9. Buy Generic Food. Every grocery store makes their own brand.
10. Buy in Bulk. Shop at Sam's Club or BJ's.
11. Go to One Grocery Store. Time is money.
12. Make a Plan. And stick to it.
13. Take Food To Work. Lunch can get expensive.
14. Eat Less. Less is more when you're being healthy and cheap.
15. Don’t Buy Junk Food.
