Keoni, Lance and Mason Fernandez were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Francina Fernandez from San Diego, California on November 8th, 2004. An FBI International Parental Kidnapping warrant was issued for the abductor on February 4th, 2005. It is believed that they have traveled to the Philippines.
