Almost every Hollywood actress has debated whether or not to take of their clothes in a movie. Academy Award winners like Julia Roberts, Hale Berry and Angelina Jolie have all appeared nude in film. Here is a list of the top actresses that have yet to do a nude scene in a movie but should.

Actually... I heard Scarlett begged Michael Bay to let her get naked in the sex scene with Ewan McGregor in "The Island" but Bay wouldn't let her b/c he didn't want it to be rated R
Comment by: Pratt I'm pretty sure Scarlett is against going nude, and I might puke if I see a bony Olsen twin in the buff. Also, Jenna Fisher is conservatively pretty...I think we should leave it to that.
