Trendy Drink Alert! Mojito Recipe

Here is the recipe for summer's trendiest (and yummiest) new drink.

	3 mint sprigs
	3 tablespoons lime juice
	2 teaspoons sugar
	1.5 oz. rum
	chilled club soda or seltzer water
	Lightly press/mix the sugar and mint in a tall glass until you can smell the mint
	Squeeze the lime into the glass
	Add rum, shake with ice
	Strain over cracked ice
	Top with soda water, garnish with mint, and serve!
