1. Standing Barbell Curl - 2 sets x 6-8 repetitions
2. Incline Dumbbell Curl - 2 sets x 8-10 repetitions
3. Standing Hammer Curl - 2 sets x 10-12 repetitions
4. Triceps Dip - 2 sets x 6-8 repetitions
5. Lying Triceps Extension - 2 sets x 8-10 repetitions
6. Triceps Pressdown - 2 sets x 10-12 repetitions
