Comments: I would actually have "You won't be productive" as number 1, since it could be something that others can't catch, but is bad enough that going to work is simply to be there rather than to get anything done. Plus, you'll just aggravate your illness and prolong the time it takes to get better. Comment by: terrasong 2 and 3 could be related to 1 and don't really seem separate.
