Doesn't it seem like every political campaign advertisement on television is exactly the same? I thought you were supposed to try and stand out from your competition? Not follow what appears to be a "How to Make a Political Campaign Ad" for Dummies book:
| 1. | Follow the words "Vote for" with a repeat of your last name like "Bond, James Bond" |
| 2. | Use red, white & blue colored graphics and text that your 14-year-old nephew could make with some free downloadable video software on his iMacBook |
| 3. | Show a Flickr-like slideshow of pictures of you smiling with little kids, pointing to things while standing at a podium, and looking strong and confident beside a bunch of soldiers all while standing in front of an American flag |
| 4. | Say something about George W. Bush, oil prices, and the war in Iraq, either negative or positive, depending on which side of the aisle you sit on |
| 5. | Say something about tax cuts or just saving voters money in some area, whether you intend to stick to it or not |
